Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
• Complete basic administration tasks
• Establishing the needs of the customer through questioning and being naturally inquisitive.
• Be empathetic to customers needs and situations.

Skills required

• No previous experience within insurance required
• A passion for customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Work well in a team.
