The role of Customer Service Team Leader requires you to provide excellent and inspirational leadership to the client experience team.
You must have the ability to drive and increase performance by taking a strong customer focus approach and make sure that all the department SLA's are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our client experience team and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the customer experience team, ensuring a consistent high standard of customer services.

Working through Caraires
